We also record your IP address, the country your request came from and your browser’s user agent, to help us spot spam and abuse.

If you use the chat window on our site, we also receive the messages you send and any details you choose to share there, such as your name or email address.

We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers. The only cookies on this site are set by our chat provider, Crisp, to keep your chat conversation going as you move between pages.

How we use it

We use the details you send us only to reply to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Services we rely on

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores contact form enquiries in its database.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that contact form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It runs in your browser on the contact page and shares signals about your browser with Cloudflare.
• Crisp runs the chat window on this site. It loads on every page, sets cookies to remember your conversation, and stores the chat messages you send us.
• Amazon Web Services (Simple Email Service, in the United States) delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we retain your data

We keep enquiries and chat conversations for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship with you. If you’d like us to delete your information, or to see what we hold about you, send us a message.
